There was another post on this about a week or so ago. www.cengage.edu.au (http://www.cengage.edu.au) offer bookkeeping courses which if eligable the government do a grant for. It can be hard work and stressful with due dates for BAS. but can be worth it depending on the area you are in also ahv a look at www.icb.org.au (http://www.icb.org.au)
I really doubt there are any good make money for nothing type WFH jobs avaible. Everything you earn anywhere will involve work but its just a matter of how much time you have and all that.
hey there,
my husband went searching the net for a work from home business for me so i dont haveto go back to work at the end of my maternity leave, well to cut a long story short he found one and its going really well for me, i choose my own hours, take days off when ever i want, dont haveto answer to anyone and the pay is increasing every week so it looks like i wont be going back to work after all :)
its hard sifting through all the scams on the net, im just so relieved i dont haveto put my baby in daycare while i go back out to work.
if you want to know more just PM me and ill let you know about what im doing

Hi there,
I'm really interested in hearing about your business. Can you please PM me?
Thanks heaps :)
I run my own mortgage broking business from home. Prior to this, I had no experience in this field, apart from having a few investment properties so I had some idea of how to obtain home loans. There are companies that have low start-up fees and help you out with training. They take a cut of the commission you make and while the job can be total stressful at times, it's pretty good money compared to other work from home jobs. As an example, for writing a $350,000 loan and following it through to settlement, I receive between $1300-1600, plus around $30 per month until my client either pays out the loan or refinances.
If you are interested in going down this track, be wary of the franchises that cost a bomb to get in. Some charge up to 70K and require you to have a particular car, buy uniforms, charge advertising fees, etc. As a SAHM I'm not looking to make big bucks as I don't want to work full-time, so it would take a very long time to break even on these start up costs and would defeat the purposes of starting the business.

Could you PM me more info about the company your with? I was looking into this (have a finance background) but all of the companies I have researched have big start up costs which we just can't afford! Thanks!!

Hi everyone
I have recently started a work from home business that is with a company that offer great support, only has a small start up cost, you set your own hours and there is no minimum sales amount and the products are great too. I am doing it very much part time as I also run our farm, have a 3 yr old and 2 yr old and are 6 months pregnant, but you can do it full or part time, whatever suits you. However as with anything that isnt a scam the more effort you put in the more money you will make. Also you do not have to do party plans to successfully run this business.
All the best whatever you all decide to doand let me know if you would like more details.

Trinature and Neways are companies you can sign up to as a member and become part of their selling team. The outlay is not huge. If you don't end up selling much, you can use the products. I've used both products (bought off friends who sell it) and I think they are great and mostly environmentally friendly. Some of them (dishwashing liquid, toothpaste and some of the cleaning products) are really good. A little bit goes a long way so I think you end up saving money instead of trotting down to the supermarket every fortnight. I think it would be quite easy to be passionate about their producsts, as they both promote being gentle on your skin etc.
Note: I am not a consultant promoting my own business. I simply use the products in conjunction with a range of other stuff.
