Hi,

I hope Im not intruding but I am just wandering if you had any clues bubs was gonna be early.

I am 26 and 6 pregnant. This is my 6th Pregnancy and have 3 bubs.

DS1 was induced at 37 weeks due to ruptured waters 27 ours ealier.

DS2 had Prom at 33 and 6 but stayed put till induced at 36 and 6.

DD broke at 38 and was born the next day.

Now this bub has been giving me real bad cramps and yesterday dropped really low. Used my doppler yesterday and had to use it just above my pubic bone to find the heart beat.
My cervix is very very low. I am finding it hard to walk and feel the need to sit on the toilet alot even though I don't really need it. I keep getting the feeling in my guts similar to what I had just before DS1 and 2 broke their waters.

Did you have any signs or clues bubs was comming early.

For those who had bubs at the 27 weeks area. Do u think it cause permanent problems or do you think the problems would have happened anyway.

But have you been up to the Hospital? I have read what you wrote in the april threads.. I hope all is ok!

DD was born at 31+5.

Yes i knew she would come early. She dropped and i started dilating at 27 weeks. I was 2 cms at 28 weeks. I was having braxton hicks that doubled me over in pain and vomit with them. My waters broke at 30 +4 weeks. The day before my waters broke a waiter told me i would have my baby VERY SOON!

Hey Bex,

I had DD at 28+5weeks. No idea she was coming. Thought I was having braxton hicks. Wasn't till I got to the hospital that I was told I was 7 or 8cms dilated.

There is absolutely no affect on DD for being so prem. You look at her now & you'd have no idea she was prem.

You've seen her & how she interacts etc. So she is proof that babies can be born prem & come out fine.

I am on holidays the next 2 weeks and only round the corner. If you need anything, let me know.

poppetfish- My braxton hicks arnt that bad but bubs has dropped and I have alot of times where it stops me in my tracks and even makes me let out a niose. Then I feel really short of breath. Did you have a feeling bubs would be early or was it just the signs that told you? Did bub move less?

dreamtobeamummy- I have an appt on thurs. The pain doesn get into a pattern long enough to go. Am gonna ask em to look at me just to check me out.

mumoflj- DH goes back to work tomorrow so I might call on you and lara to burn some energy of the kids lol.

All my 5 kids were premmie.DD1 was 37 weeks,DS1 was 26 weeks and is in wheelchair with cerebal palsy,DD2 was 30 weeks and is deaf and mild cerebal palsy,DD3 was 33 weeks an is blind,DS2 was 33 weeks and is fine.With him i was in hospital for 6+ weeks.
