OS Adoption Costs???

I read that OS adoption is about 15K or around that, a friend got a pack from Docs and she said it said about 30K-40K is this right??? If so why is the cost so high if there are a lot of kids in need????

Any one actually adopted OS??

Wow that sounds amazing i bet you cant wait.... Adoption might be an option for us... Im 27 (28 in Nov) and my DH is 32, We have lost 2 bubs this year as i have a blood condition.. Adoption i think will be on the cards when DH turns 35 if we have had no luck by then, Although i think helping a child in need too is good..
