maybe ring the council and ask? they might know.
i was trying to convince dp that ds would like swimming lessons then ds got eczema :( and the only places here that have lessons for his age are chlorine.

Their are a few salt water pools around. Some have a small amount of clorine though.
Is that what your looking for, I can post some more details when I find them?

Aquarena in Doncaster is Ozone, but I have heard some people have trouble with the pool there too and it's a bit far for you just for bub swim lessons.

The only salt water pool I know of is St Kilda, which is shy DD can't have swimming lesson as it is too far.
The Michael Klim swimming schools are saltwater pools. There is one in Cheltenham.
All saltwater pools will contain some chlorine. They have to have chlorine in public use pools - regulations.
Specific swimming schools generally have a lower chlorine content than regular public pools that hold swimming lessons. By regulation the chlorine level requirements for public pools are higher than swim schools.
DS used to go to swimming lessons and loved them, but the chlorine turned him into a space cadet in 20mins after he got in the water. Appeared highly autistic :(

Not sure but I LOVE the kiddies pool at Boronia :)
My daughter does swimming lessons at Casey Arc in Narre Warren and we've never had any problems with it and she has sensitive skin. It's a good deal as with my concession card it costs us $36 a month and with her membership her and an adult can swim ANYTIME for FREE and on the day of her lesson the whole family can swim free :)

Which pool is that hon?
I live in Elwood and want to start Lexie on lessons soon so this place could be good as she has sensitive skin!
The St Kilda Sea Baths. It may be part of the health club, not sure as I haven't been there. But they have kids swimming lessons and I don't think you have to be a member. The health club is called South Pacific Health Club, 10 - 18 Jacka Boulevard , St. Kilda.
