hi all,

i was taking lot of herbal teas and medicines during my pregnancy... my mom asked me to do yoga everyday but i didn't... finally i was not able to bare the pain... does yoga helps to bare the pain during delivery or what? does these things really make any effects?:hissy:

Yoga helps to make you soft and flexible it teaches you to surrender and relax. Many other forms of exercise make you tighter not more flexible. I believe it is very beneficial.

Yoga is great!

I would also recommend some meditation/relaxation/self hypnosis. I made it through an induction using only those and a little gas at the end. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

Fear makes the pain worse. If you can find a way to calm and relax it makes it much much easier. You may find you breeze through it, try not to stress.
