eyes really sore after waking

when i woke up this afternoon, my eyes were really sore and heavy like. does that mean i need more sleep? it happens more often as of late. i slept for at least 11hrs last night but that was after 4 days of hardly any sleep(about 10hrs max).

I dunno, but I usually take it as a sign that I need more sleep.

Got up today like that... am still tired now.

yeah coz i got up just before 1 today. i would of gone back to sleep but i want to actually sleep tonight to prepare myself for tomorrow night with overnight esp with it being NYE as its going to be very tiring
