I normally go to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre or the DFO at Jindalee, as they're both only 10 minutes away.

i would say Chermside is the biggest centre in Brisbane though.

Carindale would prob be the furthest from Toowoomba - prob well over an hour and a half.

We have gone to Chermside for a days shopping before...it is prob just over an hour away. Same with DFO at the Airport. I would pick one of those!

Actually ... DFO at the Airport has some REALLY nice homewares and baby stores with CHEAP stuff!!! :yes: So if I were you thats where I would be heading! I bought HEAPS of home stuff when I was there last! And just clucked away at the cute baby clothes in Pumpkin Patch and Fred Bear and Oshkosh! :D

I'd say Brisbane City, or the DFO at the airport (for heaven's sake don't go to the Jindalee one, it's abysmal and everything is shutting down in there). I think Carindale is better than Chermside. Indooroopilly is okay, but I don't think there's anything too exciting there, though. Maybe that's just because it's my local, though.

It is THE BEST!!! I LOVE bargains and this place is chock fill of them. We find it easiest to get there by taking the Logan mwy and then the oher mwy that goes to the Sunshine Coast. The name escapes me right now but there are HUGE signs for the Sunshine Coast and Airport and the mwy splits...you go left to the Gold Coast and right to DFO!!!

Its SO tempting!!! Because I LUFF the shops! Especially DFO...I would be a terrible influence! ESPECIALLY when it came to buying cute baby stuff! :laughing:

But I have to go to Ipswich to sign our lease for our house! And then pack pack pack since I have not done any of that today! :(

Yeh send me your name lol, dont mention baby on FB though, its still quite secret. It should be bout the same drive mayb 10mins longer to Ippy, but you'll have to search for a nice little coffee shop :D Still a huuuuge fan of Coffee club
