I looked into online party supplies with one of my kids birthdays and the vast majority, if not all, are really overpriced. They have some really cool licenced packs like dora, diego, barbie etc, but with about 20 napkins, 20 cups, some plates, some hats it was about 50 bucks and that didn't include postage.

I have found some reasonably priced party stuff on ebay
