It stands for 'Pre-Nuptual Agreement'

Its a legal contract that a couple signs before getting married which specifies what would happen to each persons assetts IF the marriage were to breakdown.

Some pre-nups have infedelity clauses. So the legal contract may stipulate one thing in terms of what will happen to each persons assetts if the couple divorce but it will also state what will happen if one of the couple cheats.

i am assuming your asking about a pre nuptual agreement???

Its basically a legal document stating generally finacial stuff that you work out before marriage, just incase you get divorced.....

So can it be only one of the couple who signs it?

Say a millionare marries someone with little to no assetts - would it just be the person with little to no assets who signs the pre-nup?

Or is it flexible in terms of what the couple wants?
