ahhhhhh its doing my head in... they dont match up into a square... there is 2 left over... ive tried putting it together all different ways...
am i stupid????

Mine came with the numbers 1 - 9 as well as the alphabet. It is in a square 7 x 7.

You might be doing it wrong - we have three of them. They're the best things I ever bought. Absolutely such a great investment and I love them!

:hair: so there are 26 squares all together...
how on earth do you do you get that into a square... how many rows of each??
i cannot work it out for the life of me :confused::laughing::o:detective:

we just got 1 for christmas too and have the same issue :laughing::laughing:

you need the numbers too, that makes it 35 'tiles' and it makes a rectangle... still have no idea how to make it square either though :confused:

i was looking at getting one of these for coop. glad i didnt as i can tell it would of done my head in big time for not being able to get it in a square

I read this earlier, and (while I'm not very good at maths) think it must be impossible to get it into a square.

It's not divisible by anything except 1, 2 or itself.

Does it have a picture of the completed product on the packet?

they should have included a couple of blank squares so you could at least make a rectangle.

yes.. the bloody picture on the front is a square :geek:
i think im going to have to buy another packet so it all adds up..... then il have this MASSIVE mat :cool:

Of course, I assumed mine had 26 letters & 9 numbers so made up a 7x5 squares rectangle shaped mat, but there's a zero, so I had 1 square left! grr! It's meant to be 6x6 squares!
