stomach pains

Hi, i have had stomach pains all day, every approx 30 secs. I am 21 weeks pregnant, and i have also got a sore lower back along with the cramps, there not bad cramps but enough to worry, could this be due to constipation? or the baby's pressure on my back? I have no bleeding, should i go get it checked out? I have not been able to 'pass' for 2 days pls help!:no:

It could be constipation, could be 'growing pains' or ligaments stretching - although, if you're worried, I'd get it checked out by the dr. I had quite a few tummy pains around that time too.

I think they say in the books that if it lasts longer than 24 hours and is accompanied by other symptoms (bleeding, nausea etc.), go get it checked out. It's really hard to not worry about it, and sometimes you think it could be nothing - but best to be on the safe side...even ring if you can't go see someone.

I'm 21 weeks pg and am having those cramps also. Like natski said, if you're concerned call you Dr.

I would call the midwives at the hospital ( you can just phone the birth suite for advice ). It will more than likely be nothing to worry about, but I would still speak to someone to be sure.:)
