In recent posts of mine I have been asking for advice on my DSS about some false alligations he has made against me.
DSS has a disablity which leaves him with the mental mind of a 7-8yr old even though he is 11.
DP just got of the phone with DSS's mum and she adviced DP that she lets him go to the shops on his own.. The nearest shops where he goes are about a 20min walk each way. It's near main roads and on a busy strip close to the city. DHS and DSS's psycologist have informed her that it's unacceptable because of his mental delay.
Today DP had a 2hr argument with her over this and she basically said that she didn't care what they said and she would let him go anyway.
She told DP that she is not going to dissapoint him in being the 'bad' mum for not letting him go

Now I guess my question is can we do anything? Would they remove DSS from her care and if they do because of his false alligations against me would he go into foster care and would DP be able to see DSS without me present?

get your dp to call docs on anything that he feels is hurting/endangering the child.

talk to the psy about everything and record absolutly everything that you can.

in the end, they will stand up and listen, and if not get people like a current affair and your local member involved in it.

do what you can for that child he sounds like he is severly at risk

As far as I know keep a record of everything that happens in a diary and report it to DOCs.

Docs likes diaries.
