tingly twitching muscles

hi everyone.. im wasnt really sure where to put this so im sorry if it in the wrong stop...

i did a pregnancy test on thursday which came back positive.. did another on friday.. also came back positive.. missed my period on saturday.. so therefore i guess i can safely say im pregnant... :) the problem is, my arms have been really achey and have now started to tingle, my legs also started to tingle yesterday aswell.. ive also had muscle twitches in my legs and my legs get really tingley if i leave them in the same position.. (its mainly my left leg) and i generally just feel weak.. i was just wondering if anyone else had symptoms like this in early pregnancy or is it something more serious?? :(
any help would be great...

I've never experienced anything like that. I would probably pack yourself off to the doctor. Better to get something like that checked out asap! Especially if theres muscle weakness.

That bit sounds like restless leg syndrome. It usually is worse in the late afternoon, evening and at night. Although I've never been diagnosed I have had this from time to time since my 20s including while I was pregnant. I've never heard of it suddenly occuring when pregnant, but there are some links between RLS and mineral (iron) deficiencies so I suppose it's possible for it to start when pregnant. I'd go see a doctor to get it checked out.
