Hi, does anyone else get their centerlink monney usualy on Fridays ? I had a look on online services and it says it's going to pay it The Tuesday after Christmas :( I'm sure everyone is in need of their pays being on time on Christmas. Anyone else getting payed late I'm a little depressed Now.??

I usually get my payments on thursdays, and got a letter yesterday saying that I will get paid on the wednesday instead.

Really? The generally pay you the day before a Public Holiday if your pay falls on that day? maybe give them a call on Monday to find out??

Yes I deffently will, I do work a couple of days but you would think that i would still be payed on time not 4 days late. Fingers crossed

They should pay you the day before, just be prepared for the longer gap between payments. Often it doesn't show up online until they start processing it, so 2 days before it's due to arrive in your account, which makes things difficult. A letter went out (I think it was a letter) explaining that they are paying everyone ahead of holidays, and what date your payment would be received depending on when you were usually paid.

Did you double check the date? It's not the tuesday before christmas? Just a thought because some get stuffed around a bit!

Otherwise you probably have it showing now as Tues because it's the first business day after your due, but it should still arrive before hand. It might not show up online though until this coming Tuesday if it's being paid thursday instead.

Just out of curiosity, when you applied for the pension, how long did it take to be approved and what is the process????

I'm meant to be paid on Mondays usually (but it always comes in on the Saturday) but my next payment will be made on Thursday 24th December. So early for me too.
