Hi Ladies,

Not sure where to put this title but its just abit of fun.

So, I've been having nausea, vomiting from 5 weeks. I'm now 13 1/2 weeks & still feeling sick.

My mum had nausea, vomiting for 7 months & had a girl.

Do you think I'll have the same; a girl?

Other symptoms: craving sweet, then savory, then sweet, now eating a better diet, acne for a few days, my belly looks like a ball & sits high, constipation, diahrea, pins & needles, sleeping alot.

What gender do you think your having due your symptoms or the way your carry your bubs ie high in the womb or low in the womb etc?

I had no vomitting or nausea at all with any preg-
and I have a girl and a boy
also have a friend who had 2 very different pregs-
and has 2 girls
so who knows :laughing:

my personal theory was I looked much better when I had a boy (with great skin!),
I looked terrible when I had a girl

I have heard some saying about looking great with a boy but looking like cr#ap with a girl as she'll steal her mothers look......again a bit of fun prob doesn't work for everyone.....

No way, i looked like total Cr@P when i was pregnant with DS.

Well, my gut feeling tells me I'm having a girl.... and my acne has cleared, my hair is beautiful and my nails are long!! So, who knows!!

I also heard if you crave sweet- its a girl
if you crave savoury, its a boy

Im having a boy.. was VERY obvious in the scan pmsl

I crave sweet things.. always need a sugar fix.

I had morning sickness... vomiting and all..

I also have been told I am 'glowing'.. I can't see that though :laughing:

with my two boys i craved sweet stuff.

this time around i've had a breakout on my face which i didnt have with my boys.

got nausea which was all night last night so that was fun.

ya just never know.

I have two girls and a boy.

DD1 -m/s until 10 weeks, major smell aversions. Horrible skin in 1st trimester then cleared up. Craved fruit.
DD2 - m/s until 14 weeks, major smell aversions. Skin broke out in first tri but not too bad. Pregnancies felt the same. Craved ice-cream.
DS - m/s until 20 weeks, no smell aversions, constipation which I'd never had before. Had a constant need to eat the whole pregnancy (if I didn't my blood pressure would drop...I even had to get up through the night to eat), skin was great the whole time, got varicose veins really bad in one leg and overall struggled more with his pg. It felt different to the girls but I looked the same. Craved fruit.

When I was pregnant with DD I felt like I looked terrible and fat and just ugh! I had acne which I never use to have and even after I had my DD the acne stayed grrr! She is 13 months now and I'm 17 weeks pregnant with #2. We don't know the sex yet, however I feel like I look just as yuk and fat so who knows! I had no morning sickness with either pregnancies and crave a mix of savoury and sweet both times lol. Actually I felt a little "off" at the begining of this pregnancy but I wouldn't really call it morning sickness. We find out the sex Jan 13th so we'll see!

i had a boy and my friend had a girl both of us didnt have any morning sickness.
i carried all out front but she carried all around.
we both craved savoury aswell.
oh and i looked like crap carrying a boy, i got worse skin.

I have 2 boys - both their pregnancies were identical - I craved savoury foods, had minimal nausea from 8-10 weeks and was very moody throughout.

This time I am having a girl - I was nauseated before my pg test showed positive and stayed extremely nauseated until 14 weeks, craved everything sweet and could not stand savoury foods! Have barely had any mood swings this time compared to last.

I just "knew" this time it was a girl very early on too.

Oh, I also carried the boys higher than this pregnancy - but that could just be due to slacking muscles now it's my 3rd :p

I am expecting number 7 and this is the only pregnancies,besides the twin pregnancy,that I had morning sickness.My last 2 pregnancies,both boys was problem free and was hardly showing.This one,I feel huge and still nausated and crampy and very very hormonal.
Not craving anything at all.With the boys,I craved sweets.
Had my dating scan at 13 weeks and the heartbeat was 167 beats per minute.Hoping for a girl as I have 4 boys and 2 girls and would love another princess to dress up lol

I'm not sure if you have girl or boy with the symptoms, you should have 3D ultrasound scan for exact answer.

With DD i only had spewing for a couple of wks n it was only when i cleaned my teeth, and i also sat very high start of belly just under boobs

With DS i only spewed once also when i cleaned my teeth n i sat very low about a hand width under boobs

So i think it just depends on the person
