Hi,
sorry to hear about what you've gone through. What a sad thing to happen to you and your husband. I would help you, but I'm in my 40s now, and just starting to hit menopause.
good luck to you, I hope your dream comes true.
christine.
Best of luck finding your ED....Bubhub certainly has lots of lovelies here who have come forward to help others.

Hi Allie
I've just joined the forum so am new at this. I'm just wondering what sort of tests you've had done to diagnose your early menopause. Also do u have symptoms now? I hope you don't mind me asking you these questions. I'm 44, and newly married and hoping to find a donor, but haven't advertised as of yet. Firstly, we're going to see a fertility clinic and see if there's any hope for me producing my own eggs... I have irregular cycles now, so we're not getting our hopes up.
I've left things a bit late. I didn't meet hubbie until 2 years ago. He's 48 but still keen to become a dad again (he already has a 22 year old !).
cheers
Christine

Hi Allie,
sorry to ask more questions! I'm in the early stages of menopause and am am looking at treatment options. You're input and experiences would be very much appreciated. Have you tried any natural things? Is there absolutley no hope of you conceiving naturally now?
Cheers
Chris

thanks for your information. I have just had the hormone tests, and I have a FSH of 17 which I'm told is ok at my 'age". So there may still be hope. Best of luck to you and your husband.
Chris
ps: an herbalist friend told me False Unicorn Tonic + Wheatgerm Oil, is very good for fertility. I'm going to give it a try, and see if it works. Also I heard green tea is good to drink.

Hey Ellie
Re being a WA wildflower, you are probably aware of the six month cooling off period - I can't recall if we discussed it in another thread?

Wooooohhhhhhhhhooooooooo Allie, this second lady sounds wonderful.
Aw honey, I just don't have any words about your Dollar Donor....I am just so sorry you had to go through that, how appalling to have your hopes built up, to go through all that nervous lead-up and then...crunch.
Am glad something good has now happened...fingers crossed, let us know what the clinic says.
Hope this one is the one.

Hi Ellie
I couldn't believe what I read and at the same time as we had a price war going on here, I know it must have been hard for you at making the decision not to go ahead but it would have ended up with resentment and hurt. And obviusly the gods were shining down on you for some one else to come and be much more suitable.
:fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: :fingerscrossed: it work out

Hi Ellie,
I am also in Perth and looking for an egg donor. Through these websites I have learned that WA is about the only state which has a quarantine on embryos from donated eggs, so we can only have FET. Have you come across this ?
Alice.

Hi Girls,
I deleted my ad here as I found a lovely lady willing to be our donor right here on Bub Hub!!! I wasn't sure how to close the ad off - I didn't think to close the thread.. am a bit green at this:o so in the end I deleted my ad... silly me!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH ladies for all your support and replies. Its been so nice to have somewhere to hang-out with others who are in similar situations to mine. I hope everyones dreams come true .....
My angel  emailed me last month and we're getting to know each other at the moment. She's finished having her family (four kids and she's 32!) and really feels for me and wants to help. We've had our counselling and blood work and will start cycling early next year after the Chrissie madness is over.
OMG it's really happening after all the madness of the past year!
