Hi mums
My DD will be 3 months on Monday. I want her to go to sleep a bit earlier. Our bedtime routine would start at 8.00 pm with a massage, change of clothes, feed and sleep. This would take about 1 - 1.5 hrs and she would be asleep by 9.30 pm. Now that I have started studying (yes call me crazy to start studying as a new mum with a 3 mth old) I would love her to go to bed a bit earlier so that I can squeeze in some studying at night time. So I wound back her bed time routine by 15 mins to 7.45 hoping she would go down a bit earlier. But this has not worked. It seems like her body clock is set to 9.30 because she will not go to sleep until then. Any tips or ideas? Will she ever go to bed earlier than 9.30 pm. Thanking you in advance.
