I've only got one little bubba and I still feel like a dairy cow somedays... A friend of mine is demand feeding twins - what a hero  - but I was just curious to know if it is possible to exlusively b/f any higher multiples? I mean, is there a limit to how much milk the human female can make?

my aunty bf twins and expressed for another baby in the NICU at the same time so she had enough milk for 3 babies.

I know a lady who breastfeed her triplets till 2yrs old. I know she was extremely sleep deprived but her milk supply was fine. Me however - i would never cope, like you i too feel like a milking cow. DS is only on 2 feeds a day and im still finding that to be a effort!

I ony have a singleton, but I think when people bf multiples - they are AMAZING and deserve a big

If I did have mutiples, I would bf them all. I would express reguarly so that all 3 could feed with a bit of help from DP as well.

Hi,
There is a picture of a lady on Baby Milk Action who lives in peru or somewhere like that, who actually breastfed all three of her tripples, no expressing/Bottles just straight Breast.

I do know of a girl who had Quads and she feed them all alternativley and EBMed the ones she couldnt fit at the breast, she did manage 8 months including SCN time.
