Thankyou to everyone who popped in and said hi, i'm still trying to work out how to use this sight so please bear with me. I'm a first time mother, my son is now 10 months old and a real ball of energy never sits still. Looking forward to meeting other mothers and talking about all the wonderful things that our children do.

:rolleyes: Hmmm.. I remember when my DS Jake was 10 months old.. HE STARTED TO WALK at that age! Couldn't believe it.. he was very quick to accomplish his physical milestones (however.. speaking etc was the opposite -- always one or the other??)

Now he's nearly three.. he can out-run me :eek: easily! He rides a bike for a 5+ year-old with training-wheels, successfully uses a scooter (I can't do that grrr), climbs anything and everything *sigh* its no wonder I'm a teeny size 6 -- I'm actually lighter now than before I had him!! Believe it or not.. my goal is to PUT ON WEIGHT because I really want to donate blood to give back to the live-saving donations I needed after giving birth..

Thank's for the message, I believe I have a lot to look foward too. My little man has just taken his first two steps on his own & thinks his smart, he was talking a lot a while back but is now just making lots of LOUD squeeling sounds.

Hi and thankyou for your welcome message, sorry I have not got back to you sooner have been flat out. I'm a bit of a night owl I have to wait untill Jacob goes to bed before I can get on the computer and do some work (I at uni) I've been trying to get into this sight at least once a week, but it's not happening. Anyway thanyou again and so far every one is great.
