Tonsillitis in babies - what can I do?

Hey, wasn't sure where else to put this one. I think my 8mth old DS has tonsillitis :(

Poor little man has had a temp runny nose, vomiting and a slight fever. I've given panadol, used the saline sprays on his nose and I have a humidifier going in his room.

Does anyone have any more suggestions. If he isn't any better tomorrow I might have to go to the docs.
