Hi all I have a 5 year old boy and 2yr old girl and am calling all local mummies who would like to organise a weekly get together at a nominated local park (ie: George Pentland Gardens, Frankston Foreshore, Ballam Park etc) to help us all through the school holiday period, no school, no kinder, no playgroup = really bored children!! The only day I am not available is on a Tuesday as I have work commitments. I would preferably like to organise something for early am as its best to get out before the hot summer sun hits us! Other options may be swimming at local pools - pines forest, hastings aquatic centre and jubilee park. I look forward to hearing from you all!! Maybe next year once school, kinder returns we could start a walking group to help us all get back into shape after the silly season :xmas:

Yeah I would be interested. I live in Cranbourne though. It isn't far from Frankston. I live close to Ballam Park actually. :)

I also have a 5 and 2 year old (and also an almost 5 month old).

That's faor enough, my daughter doesn't start school 'til 2011 so I still have another year with her at home (she'll go to kinder 3 days a week though). She's meant to be in prep next year but she has a speech and language delay so had to be kept back.

I'm sure the kids would enjoy playing together and not being bored at home.
