Yep anothe car question, but hopefully this one is a bit different!
Can anyone suggest a 7+ seater that will tow a caravan?
We'll probably have to go to a 4x4 but if we don't have to I'd rather not. We won't be doing any 4 wheel driving, we just need the power for towing. We have a 8, 6, 4 and 3 years old twins to fit in the car
We just got a new car and caravan and we also didnt want a chunky 4WD, so we bought a Nissan Pathfinder ST model. It tows up to 3T (3000kg). Out caravan is about 2.1T (plus you have to factor in extra weight for when our stuff is in it).
It is awesome! We get 7 seats, a stylish and VERY practical car!!! LOVE IT! and it pulls the caravan so well.
PM me if you want more info or pics.
We are currently looking at 7 seaters and need to be able to tow the boat. We have looked at Captiva's ( Maybe a bit small) and are next going to look at Mitsubishi Challenger. We looked at the Kluger but there was no room once the third row went up.

It may be random but thats fantastic. I hate cars with minimal cup holders. Or none. Helps stop my kidlets spilling their drinks.I say let it rain cup holders :p

I have an 8 seater top of the range Toyota Prado Grande, we currently only utilise the middle row but plenty of room up the back when rear seats are down, they are also removable you can take one out and use the other on its own! Top car has a long range fuel tank (180l) costs us 160ish to fill but tank lasts 2-3 weeks depends on how much driving I do, we get between 990-1300k's to the tank depends on driving conditions and I have a lead foot so obviously my car uses a bit more.
PM me if you would like anymore info :)

Another way for us to go is for me to get a car with Tupperware which just happens to be Territory ;)
