Rash

DS has a rash on his chin, cheeks, and neck (in the creases of his double chin, hardly gets air). It's quite red, and I am assuming it's from his dribble. It's also quite dry.

I started off putting sorbolene cream on it, but he would cry, so the pharmacist gave me Cetaphil. Then my SIL told me about Du'it (baby facial gel) especially for dribble rash etc. I bought this yesterday and have used it about 5 times. Has any body else used this? And how long did it take to clear it up? I am going to the doctors next week so will ask him about it then, but any insight?

I clean it a few times a day and make sure it's always dry, I'm replacing bibs as soon as they are wet.

DS cries from it being itchy and sore. Poor bubba :(.

I tried Paw Paw Ointment at the very start too... But it didn't help.

Hey mine son has the ezact same prob and took him to doctors and doc said to use soblene but if dident work try hydrocortisone cream 1% and it worked like a treat took all redness away but think it was eczema has now he has broke out oh his hands and legs doc wasant sure if it was dribble or eczema when i took him as he dident have it on legs or that i brought it over counter at chemist
