Cramps after coming off the pill

Hi i was just wondering if anyone else has had cramps after coming off the pill. It has been about 3 weeks since i last took the pill and for the last 3-4 days i've had cramping - it feels different to AF cramps and is mainly on my left hand side. I am thinking that it could just be ovulation related but i've never felt it like this before.

Im on my first cycle of the pill and i had those weird cramps a few days ago...i used to get them off the pill when TTC our 2 boys when it was O time.....I use the maybe baby thingy and according to that i O'd sunday, which im so not sure about that because it is early in my cycle...but then i had the cramps and i know your body does weird things when you come off the pill!
