Hemp or Bamboo

Quick one,
which is better as an all night sponge in a pocket nappy
hemp or bamboo.
I bought a couple of happy heiny pockets and got a microfibre booster and a hemp thicker booster. I need to get more as I cant recycle them quick enough for the next night. Which is better. Is there much difference? :detective:

I have both and they are both great but the bamboo is probably more absorbant. It feels awesome too-the softest, fluffiest thing my baby gets on his little bot! I do use hemp boosters in both nappies as well.

bamboo is definately more absorbant.. but if you only have a few nappies I would probably recommend hemp .. it actually dries faster (its slow.. but MUCH faster than bamboo - due to the absorbancy) ..

you can always add extra boosters to a hemp nappy if needed :) (cherubs kiss is a good site for basic .. affordable .. well constructed boosters)

There's a good variety of boosters at Nurture Nappies too, and they're beautifully sewn also..hemp, bamboo and microfibre.
