For the past few weeks I have been getting pains in my stomach after drinking milk. Even just small amounts. Could it be lactose intolerence? I have been drinking milk (cow's milk) all my life and nothing like this has happened.

I became lactose intollerant in my 20s. It's not uncommon either. People's bodies change all the time. I was also told at the doctor of a woman who spent her whole life eating peanuts at Christmas time then one Christmas she ate them and had an allergic reaction to them and became brain damaged from lack of oxygen. Some time from one Christmas to another she had become allergic to peanuts! I never thought that would have been possible, but have since heard of other things, too. I also became allergic to cats at 20 after having 2 of them from the age of 18 and growing up with them.

I only have a mild intollerance, though, so can have cow's milk in coffee but if I have too much of it it's better to use soy milk than cow's milk. Say if I have 8 cups of coffee in a day, any more than about 4 using cow's milk is a no-no and we don't use dairy with anything else, only the occasional use of vegetarian cheese.

It happens after eating yogurt and cheese too.

I was LI as a kid & grew out of it by the time i was 10ish, came back with force in my late teens.

Maybe take a brake from dairy for a while & see what happens.

indeed u could be.... this is gonna be tmi but.. do you get the runs??
lactose intolerance is where lactose isnt broken down in the stomach and moves into the intestine where it sucks in water.... thus causing cramping and the runs....

does it happen with cream an icecream? and yogurt??

it could be, as tt suggested, try giving dairy a miss for a bit.
