Should I wake him up?

DS went to bed at 6:30pm last night which is the time I normally put him down. He didn't have good naps yesterday so not sure if that has made him more tired. He usually wakes around 8:30-9:30 but htis morning he woke aroun 7 so I resettled him and went back to bed. He is still asleep now at 12:10pm. I checked him and he is breathing but he is fast asleep. Should I wake him up he's been in bed for a really long time and hasn't had a nappy change or anything to eat?

i would prolly leave him asleep as his body obviously needs it. can you change him while he is sleeping? just make sure when he wakes up, he has a good drink and something to eat if he is on solids now

Gee I don't know...usually I would say no but it's lunch time! I really don't know! Maybe make a bit of noise or something...start up the vacuum cleaner??

just keep him really busy today Tracey. do some activities that will wear him out.

glad he is awake now. obviously his little body needed that extra rest though.

I had one cranky sooky boy by about 5pm who just wanted to go to sleep. I tried to keep him distracted till his usual 6:30pm bedtime but was pushing it with him screaming his head off at 6 so made it to about 6:10pm. 8pm here now still asleep but I hope he stays that way lol. Just can't believe he was only awake 6 or less hours today.
