Hello ladies,

I came off the pill almost two weeks ago in order to prepare my body for TTC next year and my af just finished about 5 days ago. However, i have had this horrible migrainey headache off and on for the past 5 days.

Has anyone experienced this?

I know that it takes awhile for your body to adjust to the change in hormones... but I would love to know if anyone had experienced this to know how long the headaches may last!? Not sure if I can put up with a 3 month migraine!

The pill actually helped keep my migrains at bay, so I cant help but the good news is the pill doesnt build up too much so Im sure your body will be right in no time, if your worried see your Dr.
How long were you on the pill?

I don't have any answers, but I am suffering from the same thing! Good question, I will be watching this thread too. :o

How long were you on the pill?

That's good to know... the end is in sight. I was on the pill for 11 years.

Hopefully I've given myself enough time to get back to normal before starting TTC (4 months).

Narribri, sucks hey! I just googled this issue and i think it's common.

I came off the pill at the end of Sept after 12yrs and started having really bad headaches about a week later. Can't quite remember exactly when they stopped, because it sort of just petered out but has been at least a month since I last had one.
