Well, it only took us like 3.5 years! DS is toilet training, so he's in jocks during the day, but he wore a large pea pods with hemp insert (no booster) to bed last night.. and leaked a little - perhaps a booster might be a good idea for tonight - not that he's a heavy wetter or anything.
DD is 21 months and wishes she was toilet training, but isn't quite ready yet! She's been wearing a combo of disposables, terry flats, a BBH AIO (Large) and a Pea pods pocket (medium) on and off for the last week or two through the day.
Yesterday I managed to purchase secondhand 6 additional large BBH AIOs (with 4 boost it inserts), 10 bamboo OSFM nappies & 3 medium PUL covers. Which brings my stash tally to 7 BBH AIOs, 4 boost it inserts, 10 OSFM, 3 PUL covers & 2 pea pods pockets (1xM, 1xL). I figure that this should be enough to cover us for now, seeing as DD will be the only one in them fulltime, with DS only wearing one at night. Or should I be considering more?
Anyway, both babies wet through last night, but I didn't put extra boosting in, because neither of them seemed to be heavy wetters in their disposables, but I guess I'll work out the best combo soon!
And so today is DD's first FULL MCN day. My only query is what do you all use as wipes when they have poo? I have some terry flats that I can cut up to use as wipes? But we've only ever used commercial baby wipes with our disposables, so I'm a bit lost!
