Hi All,
This is great, just rang my OB and got some great advice to help relieve morning sickness nausea!
Fruit tingles - said to take a couple in the morning before getting out of bed or to suck on a tingle when feeling queezy. Just tried and tested it after lunch and it has helped!
Zoopa doopa ice poles - can get from supermarket, said don't get one made from juice as is too acidic. Haven't tried this one yet but sounds like a good excuse to get an icey pole to me!
Copy and paste and add any more you know of.
So far I'm liking these yummy remedies :goodvibes:

poweraide. best one i found at the end of my pregnancy.
I had morning sickness for 40 + weeks and then i had poweraide on a hot day and didnt feel sick or anything. I used it at the start of this pregnancy when i was starting to get morning sickness. i would have one bottle a day or when i felt sick and it worked.

15 weeks and I am still struggling with constant morning sickness!! Have my days with what works but the best ones for me are:
Gatorade: Only the red one though!
Tic Tacs: Spearmint or normal peppermint
Mentos: the fruity ones are good and the mint ones.
The best one working is the Gatorade, the fizzy drinks make the nausea worse for me so im right off those them. I also drink cordial which is good.

YUM Fruit Tingles!
Keeping some dry crackers, or ginger nut biscuits, by the bed and eating them a half hour before actually getting out of bed.
My friend who's had 3 children swears by this to help ease that sickness first thing in the morning.
P.S. I tried it all and had to put up with the morning sickness until around 20 weeks

Im the same as Emma, Blackmores pregnancy tabs made me so sick 24/7 Nausea but really bad, couldnt move kinda stuff. Gingernut biscuits works the treat now im off the preg tabs only taking I-Folic... ahhh much better.
At one point the only thing that seemed to help was potato chips (plain) or pretzels. To this day I can't stand the sight of pretzels and I used to love them!

Hey who told my secret. Fruit tingles and dried fruit (apples and apricots) are my constant companions when I am pregnant.

Coke has been helping me this pregnancy. I don't get it too often thoough... I'll share a 600ml bottle with dp once a week.
If I let myself go too hungry I feel worse, so snacking all throughout the day helps.

This is a great thread :yelclap:
I haven't had really bad MS yet as I'm only just 6 weeks, but so far I have found that Sakata original/plain rice crackers really help. Ginger tea did nothing for me, just made me feel worse.
Will look forward to trying a few of the other suggested remedies on here when MS really starts to kick in! Yikes, can't say I'm looking forward to it, however happy I am to be pg!!!
