Just wondering if anyone knows if such a thing exists.

I don't know anything about yoga myself :o ... but a couple of people have pointed out how my 14month DD does many of the poses. So thought if such a thing exists I could get a DVD, and do it at home with her

any clues?

A friend of mine is a yoga teacher and ran a mums and bubs yoga class for a while. She is now putting together a business doing children's Yoga Parties, with healthy themes rather than the usual junk food style party. Unfortunately for you, she is in Vic, not Sydney, but I will ask her whether she knows of any DVD's for children/toddlers.:D

I use a great book called "Yoga for Kids" and it only cost me $5 from my local book store, QBD books:thumbsup:

I use it with my 2yr old son and my class of preschoolers, they love it :smiliedance:

Funkychicken ... your friend sounds like she onto a good thing. Great idea. If she has any ideas on a DVD I would love to hear.

nemosmum - sounds like a winner, I will check it out.

babytoo - seems so natural for them ... I like to make the most of it for them
