blueberry muffins..

Anyone have a tried and tested great blueberry muffin recipe?
I tried a google recipe but it was not very good and with so many options i'd rather get a recipe that i know someone has made and loved iykwim :D
So hit me with it - i got the urge to do some baking and some blueberries that need to be used....come to think of it if you have another great recipe for blueberries i'd be interested also.

Bump - it is years later and i still haven't made any blueberry muffins.
Anyone got a recipe, please??? Doesn't have to be muffins, just something good with blueberries.....

2 cups SR Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp baking soda (bicarb)
1/2 cup caster sugar

50g butter
1/2 cup milk
1 orange, grated rind and 1/2 cup juice
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 large ripe banana
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

3 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Sieve dry ingrediants together into bowl, in another bowl melt butter, beat in milk, orange rind, juice, eggs and vanilla. Mash banana and stir into liquid mixture with blueberries. Tip liquid into dry ingrediants and fold together until just combined.

Bake in greased muffin tray (12) after sprinkling with cinnamon sugar at 200 for 10-12 min.


I've made these a few times and they are delish! Be generous with the cinnamon sugar ;)
