I'll start by exusing myself for giving tmi!! But ... I bought a pregnancy test the other day (I think it is called 'Confirm'), and the instructions say you need to pee on the stick for 10 seconds.

Well ... my little issue is that I can't pee for 10 seconds! I must have a tiny bladder! I can get to about 6 seconds!! :D

Has anyone got away with any less? (I'm going to have to pee in a cup like last time, I think!!)

Thanks!

If you can't sustain a 10 sec stream....lol.... pee in a cup, best bet, then leave it there for 10 secs. simple. better than missing the stick and waisting that precious pee pee:p

Lol! :D Am I the only person who can't 'perform'?!! I could drink lots of water, but then the HcG (:fingerscrossed:) would be diluted!

Wow, 6 seconds?! I can go for about 30 on a normal day! :p I once peed for 80 seconds! :D

My advice is to go with the cup. Use a plastic laundry detergent cup as they have a nice handle to hold! :D

I may be wrong, but I thought you couldn't use any old cup except the ones supplied because a risk of contamination. For example, using an old washing detergent cup could give you a false reading. I could be wrong, but I thought I read that somewhere.

You could always use your pelvic floor muscles and try to slow down that flow so you can last 10 secs. ;)

If it's properly sterilised there shouldn't be a problem.
