Date : Saturday 12th August
Time : Still to be decided throw around some times girlies !
Venue : Star City .... We can have a nice dinner & then finish the nite with some drinks so being this is central for everyone to get to i think it would be the best ! But other ideas are welcome :)
We are saying goodbye & goodluck to Lisa123 :crying:
She is leaving us for a return to Melbourne !
Keep the date free for a great nite out :yes:
So lets get all dressed up & head out on the town for some fun !

Actually I was wondering the same thing about partners coming with us. Since it will only be the 9th day after hubby is back in Aus we are still 'hopefully' going to be joined at the hip.
I'm trying to work out our itinerary so that I can make it - but if I come it would be nice if hubby could come too... If not, then he can have a boys night while I have a girls night :thumbsup:

Okay...I'm still on the case of finding the best hotel accom. in Sydney and have been sweet-talking DH! I've never been to Sydney and we've always talked about going so now is as good a time as any to go. I've told DH that he can either relax in the room (and wait for me to get back...tipsy & amorous!lol) or go out with pinklady's hubby - I did mention that PL's hubby was in the Navy and his eyes lit up..."oooaaahhh, well that could be an interesting night because those guys know how to party!":p
So stay tuned...I have to 'present' the CEO of 'Duke Pty Ltd.' with an itemised account for logistical and financial purposes but it's definately on the cards! :thumbsup:

Well...here's the update...
:crying: I can't come to the meet!:crying:
DH is really busy at work (bloody new Camry!) and it looks like he won't be able to get that weekend off, and I don't want to book the tickets just to find out that he definately can't go.
He said for me to go by myself but I really don't want to spend all that money going to Sydney by myself when it's something that we've talked about doing together.
He'd even agreed to us staying at the Sheraton on the Park for the night...buggery bollocks!
Oh well...another time.
It's still definately on the cards so if I give everyone fair warning I'm coming you all still will meet up with me...pretty please?
BTW...when I come for a visit we MUST go to a Karaoke bar...what's a party without Karaoke!!:D
