Hey
How did you know when your bub was going to start walking? What do they do just before they take their first steps?

DD has been pulling to standing, and standing unsupported for a couple of months now, she is able to walk when she holds something (me, push type walker). She is only 9.5mths!!!

Summer started standing alone and then started walking along furniture. Sounds like ur bub is well on her way :D

DD stood and walked around holding on to furniture for AGES before letting go to take a few steps on her own. She's now up to about 12 steps at a time before falling to her bottom.

I think it would depend on how adventurous your baby is. Some babies are willing to let go a lot sooner than others...it just depends on their personality and how scared they are that they'll fall.
