Damn I thought you were Trained?!

Why is when you finally think you have come to the end of toilet training your kid turns around and wees it's pants? Is it to keep you on your toes or just to irriatate you?
My 3 year old (well three next week) has been toilet trained for about three months, with no slip ups now for about a month and a bit. Today she wet her pants while cooking with me in the kitchen. it was such a surprize as she's really good we even went to a b-day party and she told us when she needed to go!
Oh well what can you do?

Mikayla has been trained for about 3 months now, and since we came home (holidays in townsville) she has been wetting her pants, sometimes she goes but other times she doesn't. I think it is to test if i will put her in a nappy, but i just change her and put nickers back on her. Today we only had one accident, that then she went to the toilet rest of the day. But i also think it is the change of weather too, Townsville was hot, and here it has be freezing..
