Cate and Nicole reveal yourselves! What a funny thought, it had never crossed my mind tbh although i often wonder if anyone from my mother's group is.
yeh me too!! often when I'm out and about I wonder if other people I see are on here! I actually get scared that someone I know (apart from other bh members I've met from here) is on here as I often say and ask stuff I never would irl haha

I often see mums with prams at the supermarket and think, are you on bubhub?
it just made me think, I was at the doctors the other week with noah and the doctor saw noah's cloth nappy and started raving and ranting that i was the first person 'in real life' she had met that used them blah blah anyway we got talking and turns out she uses another forum thing, not this one. It was at that moment that I realised I could quite literally bump into someone from here by matter of coincedence so I really need to be more wary of things I say, how I come across etc becasue imagine if it was someone you had argued with or something on here, how embarassing! Anyway, thats fairly off topic

I know of at least one :yes: but don't think it's fair to reveal. We have a very famous person on another site I'm on, again it's a secret though as she wants to keep her anonymity. A friend of mine joined up, she doesn't really post anything much though, she's not famous but she has lots and lots and lots of money.

she was even in research help the other day asking for test subjects to help with her latest book.
i know of a couple. im not sure if they still come on here or not, as it was in like 2007/2008 but yeah, some famous Aussie mums ;)

I found out after being friends with someone on a political forum for a couple of years (I mean good enough friends for he and his wife and son to think about coming to Australia to meet us), connecting on Facebook, chatting weekly etc, that he is a world-famous snowboarder. That was pretty cool!

Not if they're famous, but I wonder if they're someone I already know or have met. If someone is reminding me of someone I know I check out their profile and see if its them.

I'm also paranoid if I was to come online and have a whine about someone they would be a member, so I'm careful who I whine about!

I worry the same thing as well, even though I don't use my name, DHs name, my daughters full name, there's only one picture of her.... I worry someone will read something I've said as a whinge and get upset because they know it's about them.

I've often come on and written out a whole post whinging about something that happened at school with the other mums, but I'm worried they are members. If I type out what took place, and they were part of it, they'd know straight away so it's deleted before posting.
I also wonder if my neighbours are members, whenever she goes outside all she talks about is what happened on the internet, she talks about a few forums and facebook so I've often wondered if she's on this one. I won't stop whinging about them though, that's one thing I have to get out when it gets really bad!
I am famous......for being famous.....in my imagination....
