He doesnt really do anything.

He can hold his head up when on his belly only for a short time.. Has rolled from tummy to back 2 times but that was a few weeks ago...

Reaches out and grabs things, cant sit.. head is still a bit wobbly... Coos a little bit..

What else should he be doing by now..?

At 4 months corrected the Trip's can roll both ways, grab & reach, take this from us, rip paper, put a spoon in their mouth, drink from a cup, girls can sit for 5-10 seconds unaided, eat finger food.

Chameleon I guess those ages at corrected though are pretty good!! :) my dd physio is telling me more tummy time too but she hates it!! So I've had to do other things like holding her face down across my arm etc but she just cries too much if I have her on the floor!!
Tt- wow I hope my dd is the same she's only 2mths corrected so I'm hoping to see many changes over the next 2-4 mths!! Although she's going through a wonder week ATM and I can see all the changes already like hitting at toys smiling at things omg what a difference one measly week can make!!

Kribby - Its crazy what a difference 1 week can make.

At first the Trip's hated tummy time, than one day it clicked & all they wanted was the floor. Just do what you can.
DD laying on your chest is counted as tummy time too.

Yeah she does that!! If she's on us it doesn't bother her but floor no way lol I'll just keep giving it a go once a day hopefully she gets used to it!! I've been really focusing on it since her physio appointment and I can notice changes she gets her head up higher etc she's also moving her head from side to side more too as the physio pointed out to me she was favouring her right side which has caused a flat point in her skull and can cause a short muscle so I've had to make sure she lies with her head to the left when sleeping etc omg so much to think about who would have thought there was that much to raising a baby!! Lol although I must say this mummy business is easier than I thought it would be!!
