Hi,
I am really struggling to keep my weight under control, even after going to a Dietian. My next step is to find some way to get some exercise, which is very difficult when I have a 2 yo, work 2 days per week and have a husband that works irregular hours. I also have pelvic pain which makes walking difficult. I was wondering if anyone can suggest/recommend any exercise classes for pregnant women on the Northside. I live in the Arana Hills/Albany Creek area. I would especially like to try a swimming class if I can find one at a good time. I have already contacted the Chermside Hydropool classes, but they are at 7:30pm on a Wednesday (one of the days that I work). I can't say I feel like going swimming at 7:30pm and it is same time I am usually putting my 2yo to bed.
Can anyone help?
