I need some feedback on what we should do , currently my partner and i have a 1 year old son and we also have my partners kids from a previous relationship they are aged 5,6 and 7 and are all boys also.
We want to have one more baby but are not sure WHEN we should we have two options
1- Have a baby when DS turns 3, meaning i wont be able to go back until both kids are at school in about 10 years
2- Wait until DS is about 8 to get pregnant again that way i can work for about 3-4 years while he is at school before the next baby.
We want to be able to use my working to pay off the mortgage and if i worked for 3-4 years we and put most of my pay into the mortgage we could almost pay it off.
We also want to be able to do things easily as a large family, we want to go on holidays and camping more while the kids are young cause we have spend so much time having young kids and baby's in the house we haven't been able to do much.
We are about to put an extension on the house too because we have a 3 bedroom house with 1 tiny lounge room and 6 people, my bubs doesn't even have a room yet so we want the house to be all fixed nd done before we have another baby.
If we waited untill DS is 8 then I would be about 35 and my partner would be 45 yo.
What do you think?
