Hey girls,
I'm just over 13 weeks pg with my first and as soon as I hit 12 weeks the nausea I had for weeks had stopped and I thought, PHEW!
THEN in the last week on and off I've had close to fainting spells? getting up too quickly makes my head spin, and after the doc explained why it made sense (circulation of blood etc)... and just in general I feel so tired in the mornings lately, and when I eat (sugary foods) I feel a burst of energy for a while, but then get all light headed all over again... today it got so bad I had to leave work and go back to the doc who thinks it's too early to have a blood sugar test and that it's all down to low blood pressure and just to take it easy with exercise and with what I'm eating.
How common is this symptom in pregnancy? And when does it pass? I don't want to have to lie down every day every time I feel a little light headed in fear that I will pass out and do some real damage!
It's a scary feeling I've never had before always having perfect blood pressure before this, I just want my energy back!!
