Calling all October 2003 bubs! Where are you!?

My DS Jake has been looking less and less like the :devil6: in past weeks. I hope we're slowly approaching the end of "toddlerdom" :fingerscrossed: He's been going to bed unaided, sleeping through most of the time.. eating his dinner.. whats going on? Its a miracle!

Just popping in to say hi.My beautiful little girl Kailee was born on the 2nd of October,4 days before the due date.Possibly because of the fact that I jumped over the back fence to get home after we visited my brother in law.:)

Hi Ladies :shakehands:

I'm Monique (a.k.a Mon) I have 2 kidlets & my oldest is Jordarna who was born 30th October 2003, so she fits in just nicely here :D

She has just started Preschool & currently goes 2 days a week, i'm hoping to step that up soon so that she is there 3 days, and eventually end up with her there 5 days a week, ready for prep next year :fingerscrossed:

Dredging up a very old thread here.
I have 3 DD's, and DD1 is a 14th October baby in 2003. She's starting school in just over two weeks - AND I CAN'T WAIT!
I'm interested to chat with others in the same situation.
Cheers
Cass

We went to the uniform shop too this morning Maria, but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience :(
I was hoping to have some mummy/baylee bonding time, instead she refused to try anything on, when I convinced her to, she wouldnt' come out of the changeroom because "I'm too shy with all these people" and started to cry (she is so NOT a shy kid), then she started saying "I don't wanna go to school, I wanna stay home with my family".
Don't know where that came from  So far we've been all very positive and excited about it, LOVED the orientation days, and have been excited to count the days every morning. She has been talking non-stop about school, and two of her "bestest friends" are in her class. So I really have NO IDEA what's going on.
I hope your DD is handling the excitement a little better.
