Hi all my DD turns one in Feb and I'm looking for a venue to host her party :yelclap:. Does anyone have any ideas for venues/locations. If it's somewhere outside it has to be undercover.

At the moment I'm drawing blanks.. any suggestions ladies :).

Also do you know somewhere who does invitations at a reasonable price??

Thank you all

you could try the Kawana family centre- where playgroups are run- they hire out the hall and have indoors + the outdoor little playground for the kids

what end of the coast are you at?
theres lots of great parks that would also have undercover bits?

you could go Maze Mania or something similar?

are there going to be other kids or just adults?:)

hmmm theres the park at the spit in mooloolaba its got undercover bbqs i think ! but then again the parks quite close to road etc

the park next to kawana library is quite good for kids - but i dont think it has anyundercover

if you had lots of people for a party you could even look at doing it at home/hire out the kawana hall near library, or kawana family centre and hire some toys from the toy library?

i know your up marrochdyore end but the parks up at kings beach are pretty good- and have some undercover bbq areas

ive heard theres a great fenced playground at alexandra headland !

:):)

if you had lots of adults/older kids you could also have it at the bellingham maze at tanawha theres an under cover cafe type thing so the adults could sit down and enjoy a coffee and if you have older kids they could runa round etc:) not sure what your age group is though for a 1st !

Hi again Ezzza... I noticed your studying to be a teacher. I'm an early childhood teacher so if you need any help with study or work, let me know :). Whereabouts do you work? I've worked at many schools around the coast over the years

The park at Alex is great, fully fenced and undercover BBQs and tables. Its on the lake near the Alex tenpin bowling.

Also a great fenced park in Landsborough - bit of a drive but excellent. On the main rd out to Landsborough/Beerwah. Really well shaded too.

Cotton tree is a great BBQ area but playground is not suitable for the little ones. Although there is the little beach and water.

The park near Kawana Library has a great little bike track with signs. Slide and swings. But no undercover and I dont think there are any BBqs
