Rhyme Time in Perth

Does anyone know of a good rhyme Time session in Perth? My friend and I went to one today and it was just manic. Kids of all ages stomping around :( knocking the bubs over. And it was so chaotic and noisy the poor woman was reading stories to no one and singing away to herself really. We're going to try it again next week but weren't very impressed.:no:

theyre pretty popular arent they? Which one did u go to? I went to the belmont one last monday, my friend lives over that way. It was very busy,, but great.
Ive heard the tuesday one at nedlands is really good.... where do u live?

I live in Southern River, but my friend is in Joondalup. Not overly fussed about where we go though... We went to Scarborough Library... It was absolutely mental.
What are the details for Nedlands and Belmont?

I don't mind busy but it was just chaotic...

I'm going to try the Stirling library on Monday. I heard it is very good and the lady that does it is great, very animated. My friends 6 month old DD loved it.

sorry its taken me so long to reply The belmont one s on a monday but not sure if its fortnightly.... it seems to be hard to find out when theyre on, they dont post it online which sucks.

Ive heard the nedlands one is a bit subdued, the lady doesnt sing. Im going to call around a few libraries today and find out when theyre on, so Ill let you know.

We are going back to Scarborough on Thursday as I don't think the girl who did it is the usual person. I have a vague recollection of her saying 'Patrick will be back next week'... So we'll go there and see how that is... I'll let you know!
