Pregnant - Blood Test Level 1900

Hi Everyone

I had a blood test yesterday as I had done 2 home pregnancy tests and both were positive.

The blood test has come back positive with a level of 1900, Doctor thinks this is very low so wants me to have another blood test on Friday, he thinks if all going well levels should b upto to around 5000 by then.

I had a lap and dye on the 5th of October, my last period started on the 2nd of October. So I guess still pretty early.

COULD I BE PREGNANT???

How far along were you when you had that blood test? My first blood test at 4 weeks and 3 days came back with a HCG of 521 which my fertlity nurse was very happy with. We did end up losing our baby boy at 8 weeks, but at my last blood test before losing him, my levels were 39,000. I'm no expert, but I think an initial level of 1900 is actually really good. Maybe yoou should get a second opinion. I suppose it all really depends on how far along you are.

Thats a great level, but of course it depends on how far along you are. If you are around due for your period, or its a week late or so thats still a high enough level. Sounds about right for your last period being early October.
Good luck for your next blood test. If it has doubled over 48 hours things are looking good.
