I wouldn't be worried after only 2 cycles, i know what it's like when you fall pregnant first time though and the others take a little while, i'm sure it will be fine. Oh, and you rock!! 6 kids, i am so jealous!! Good on you, you'll have to spill your secrets! :D

Hi Taylah, and welcome!
I wouldn't worry too much just yet. For those under 35 (I think) you usually try naturally for a year before infertility is considered, 6 months when over 35. By the sounds of it you are usually very fertile, maybe just a checkup at the docs, getting a pap smear, all the things to make sure you're in tip top shape.

Good luck though!

Hi Taylah,

No, you're not considered infertile . Most specialists won't look at you until you've been TTC for 12 months or more. You don't necessarily ovulate each and every month so be a little patient and try not to worry about it. I'm sure it will happen for you shortly as you sound like you are very firtile

my posts, I kinda sound a tad bit selfish.
Thanks for your support though.
The secret is :1) I don't have a television(truthful)
2) I eat my own home grown vegies
3) I don't eat sweets
4) I exercise everyday
5) I read a lot and try to learn as much as I can about pg.
6) I plan every pg and use the Billings method.
7) I dont believe in the pill(never take it and never will)
8) I home school my kids as well(being around kids all the time)
9) I am very old fashioned in my approach to life.
10) Good genes, I am one of 13 kids.
thanks I really like this site.
I am hoping/praying for a boy. Hoping it may be next month(fingers crossed)

hello and welcome to bubhub  .

i wouldn't be worried yet. maybe your body just needs a little more time to get ready for a new baby. after 12 months then i would start to worry.

Hi i am ttc no six with no luck after 2 months.
Getting very worried actually. I fell pg straight away with the other five,
Am I classified as infertile?
I don't want to be infertile. I would just breakdown if I can't have another
having a big family means a lot to me and I don't want to stop until
no 8 or 9.
I am still working full time and have saved up a lot of money so far
for baby no 6 so I don't rely on government grants.
Help, should I see a infertility specialist yet?i wouldn't worry just yet. my mum is sort of in the same boat, only she has 13 of us...i'm not kidding. she loves kids and is trying for one more, she did get preg twice since the last one (whos 4 now) and m/carried she rang a specialist and they just said to come in and have a full work up done (pap, bloods etc) and if nothing in 6-12mths they would do some fertility testing. so far as far as drs r concernd she is in working order and just need to relax and wait. :fingerscrossed: to you ttc no6
