Shadows ?

Hi, recently I have been experiencing shadows or I will think I see something at the cornor of my eye I quickly turn around and their is nothing? I haven't experienced things like this since my old house and that was over 6 months ago ? Can any one pick up on what or who this is ? I have experienced some heart acheing loss in the past ? Some one please? Should I just ignore?

I have this happen to me in my house too.
We bought our house as a deceased estate and we knew the old lady had died somewhere in the house, so I guess I expected some things to occur.

I'll be watching this thread to see what eventuates :)

Try doing a cleansing of the house, just google some info on white sage cleansing, very useful stuff.
It's likely that the emotional turmoil is attracting spirits.

Hi, this is a new house but my last one I always felt someone their I used to hate getting up to get ds a bottel wasn't a nice feeling. And sometimes I would be half asleep drifting off to sleep and I would feel like something was pushing down on my chest and I couldn't breath and I just had a bad feeling but I haven't had anything untill recently in this house? Nothing in my sleep though wich is great. Yes hopefully sone one can help.

I just looked at that link kinda freaked out to know that shadow man in my doorway could have been really there. Sorry to hijack I have had similar experiences throughout my life
