I did it a few years ago (well, more than a few years now...) and lost 10kgs on it. Its great, easy to follow and if you have the motivation, it really does work.

Check out the website for more info - www.weightwatchers.com.au

Basically it is calorie counting, but the system uses points instead of calories, so for instance, you are allowed 20 points a day and can earn bonus points for exercise.

However one very wise preggy woman (you know who you are!!) recently recommended the site www.calorieking.com.au and this site is MUCH easier to use....and costs a GREAT HECK of a lot less and is much less time consuming. Check it out, I love it :)

I'm on the WW plan for breastfeeding mums. We get a certain amount of points to eat each day, and each food is pointed according to its kilojoule and saturated fat content. We can also earn extra points for doing exercise.

Theres another plan called NoCount where you eat from a set list, but I don't follow that plan.
