I have a jolly jumper for my DD
she is now 3 months old and I was just wondering how old she has to be before I put her in it

Hey Hun - as long as Emma can hold her head up properly, she is old enough to go in her Jolly Jumper. :D

DD has been loving hers since I bought it 3.5 months. Like brions_mum's said, so long as they can hold their head up, it's all good

It isn't the age that is important .. but it is VITAL that there is good neck control .. otherwise the jumper can do more harm than good..

oh - and never ever leave bubs in there for more then 20 minutes MAX .. otherwise .. again .. it can cause a problem ... its better to have 2 20 minute sessions a day .. than one long one..

((hugs)) enjoy it .. my DS loved it!!

ditto to what everyone else said

My son was in his Jolly Jumper from about 3 and a half months old and he loved it!!!!

Up until he was about 6 months we would do 20-30 minute 'sessions' with him, but after that age he would get soooooo upset when we would take him out!!!

DS had good neck control pretty early, but didnt really start enjoying until about 6 months. Then i couldnt get him out of it! He adored it. Best money i have spent i think!

I have the instruction booklet here and it said "3 months to walking age".
I would definately make sure of good head control first, as everyone else has said.
