I have an interest in contacting Bayside Modelling and Casting Agency. Is there anyone out there who has some experience with them? Any information would be helpful. I have an 11 month son and we are just beginning this journey of modelling. Thanks so much for your help.

Yes, my 8 month old bubs is with them.... To be honest I can not complain at all. They are very polite, proffessional and fun! They send you a newlsetter each mmonth to keep you updated and every few months you can update your bubs pics free of charge. Not all agencies have that.
Good Luck! :yelclap:

Yes, went with them for 12 mths a few years ago with my dd and for the whole 12mths we got absolutely nothing. She has far too many kids on her books and she is not registered with the CMAA. Dont use them!

Im sorry but I dont agree with that
Of course you are intitled to your opinion, thats what this forum is all about, but personally my experience with them has been pleasant. Every month she sends a newsletter updating us on whats going on, and what jobs our kids have been put forward for and have rec'd. I dont know many agencies that do that. She has taken over just 2 years ago I think, so Im not sure what the last owner was like.
I think give her a call and discuss your concerns with her. She is very friendly and will be more than happy to answer your querries
But at the same time, do your research. Find out about other agencies too, then you make the final decision of which you think is best for your child. Good Luck :fingerscrossed:

My DS has been with them until just recently. They are indeed very professional in operation and manner and always very helpful. We decided not to resign for a number of reasons, but the agency itself wasn't one of them.

We have been with the agency for many years and since the latest owner has taken over in the last couple of years the agency has come a long way. It has become a lot more professional and the work has increased an incredible amount. I don't think there are too many kids on the books. This agency is held in high regard with casting agents and many children are picked to attend castings some clients book the children straight from the books on a regular basis. Once at a casting (audition), it is up to the casting agents and clients who is picked for the job, not the modelling agents. You may go to many castings which involve children from many agencies going for the same job, it just depends on the look they want. My children have done catalogues, magazines, t.v shows and commercials that we have got through Bayside. The staff are lovely, professional and very caring and our experience has been very positive and it is a great way for the kids to build up a good bank balance for their future.
